Job Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong knife skills and culinary execution
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Excellent teamwork and communication
  • Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
  • Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
  • Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain speed and quality in a high-volume environment
