- 6+ months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knife skills and culinary execution
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization

- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen workflow
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain speed and quality in a high-volume environment
