Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following standardized recipes and established guidelines
  • Ensure the quality, presentation, and taste of all food items meet company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station, including proper storage of ingredients
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
  • Assist with inventory management, including checking supplies and restocking as needed
  • Respond efficiently to any special or urgent orders while maintaining quality standards
  • Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment
