Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Job Qualifications
- Six months or more experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
- Passion for great food and quality presentation
- Ability to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills under pressure
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
- Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
- Rotate through multiple cooking stations as needed
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
