Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months or more experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Six months or more experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
  • Passion for great food and quality presentation
  • Ability to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
  • Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
  • Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
  • Rotate through multiple cooking stations as needed
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
