Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred
- Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment and tools
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and established guidelines
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to the companys quality standards
- Handle food storage and comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain kitchen efficiency and workflow
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed
- Keep workstations clean and organized during and after shifts
- Support a positive kitchen atmosphere by working well in a team and communicating effectively with colleagues
