Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Commitment to punctuality and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred
  • Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment and tools
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and established guidelines
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented to the companys quality standards
  • Handle food storage and comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain kitchen efficiency and workflow
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed
  • Keep workstations clean and organized during and after shifts
  • Support a positive kitchen atmosphere by working well in a team and communicating effectively with colleagues
