Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication skills

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operation standards

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in English to effectively understand recipes, guidelines, and communicate with team members

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food preparation stations are fully stocked and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency and meet order demands during service
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for guests
  • Assist with kitchen inventory, including restocking supplies and communicating shortages to the manager
  • Maintain consistency in food presentation and quality to uphold the standards of the establishment
  • Contribute to a positive workplace environment and support team members as needed
