Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operation standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in English to effectively understand recipes, guidelines, and communicate with team members

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food preparation stations are fully stocked and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency and meet order demands during service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for guests
- Assist with kitchen inventory, including restocking supplies and communicating shortages to the manager
- Maintain consistency in food presentation and quality to uphold the standards of the establishment
- Contribute to a positive workplace environment and support team members as needed
