Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
- Commitment to teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure
Job Qualifications
- 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
- Demonstrated passion for great food and quality presentation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills under pressure
- Experience in multiple kitchen stations is a plus
- Understanding of food safety best practices
Job Duties
- Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
- Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
- Work under pressure with teamwork, speed, and organization
- Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
