Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
  • Commitment to teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
  • Demonstrated passion for great food and quality presentation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills under pressure
  • Experience in multiple kitchen stations is a plus
  • Understanding of food safety best practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
  • Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
  • Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
  • Work under pressure with teamwork, speed, and organization
  • Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
