Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid food handler’s certification
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Physical stamina for kitchen duties
- Basic math and reading skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Skill in operating various kitchen equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Good communication and team collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Provide the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality
- Execute menu recipes and ensure proper plate presentation
- Prepare all menu dishes according to guest requests, portion control, temperature guidelines, and company time standards
- Manage all aspects of the cooking station including set up, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down, and storage
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, oven
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Support team collaboration in a fast-paced environment
