Job Duties

  • execute menu recipes accurately
  • maintain proper plate presentation

  • meet company time standards for dish preparation
  • manage cooking station setup and break down
  • ensure cleanliness and sanitation of station
  • organize and stock cooking supplies
  • operate grill, fryer, broiler, oven and other kitchen equipment
