Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion control

- 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution

Job Duties
- Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
- Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen flow
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support inventory management and minimize food waste
