Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepares and plates all food items to Goodwood recipes and standards
- Visually inspects all food items coming into and leaving the kitchen
- Ability to identify and prepare all menu items
- Familiarity with weighing and measuring ingredients
- Prepares food by methods of frying, sauteing, baking, boiling and other methods as needed
- Sets up, breaks down and cleans all stations and kitchen
- Inspect the work area to ensure the equipment is operable and sanitary
- Adheres to local, state and federal health code and sanitation rules
- Covers, dates and labels all food to be stored according to all health code rules
- Ability to utilize all equipment in the kitchen and knowledge of proper cleaning methods as well
- Assists in completing all daily duties
- Wears proper uniform at all times while at work
