Job Duties
- learns all noodle recipes, cook times, and cooking techniques per din tai fung's procedures
- checks the ingredient quality prior to beginning cooking
- cooks the ingredients in accordance with din tai fung's recipes
- plates the final product in accordance with din tai fung's plating guidelines
- prepares and cuts garnishes for noodle line items
- labels all items in accordance with health department regulations and din tai fung procedures
- attends monthly staff meetings and noodle meetings
