- Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Proficient in knife skills and following recipes
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

- Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards

- Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
- Maintain teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure
- Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment
