- 6+ months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Ability to execute recipes and portion control
- Strong knife skills
- Passion for food and presentation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen

Job Duties
