Job Qualifications

  • Accountability for the dishes prepared ensuring they meet management and customer expectations
  • ability to comprehend and follow direct orders, recipes, and preparation standards
  • manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling kitchen tools including knife techniques for chopping, slicing, cutting, and dicing
  • ability to stand for extended periods, tolerate heat, and work various shifts

Job Duties

  • Provide quality food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
  • adhere to safety procedures including safe food temperatures to avoid foodborne illness
  • work effectively as part of a team
  • prepare short order items
  • operate kitchen equipment such as fryer and flat top grill
  • assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace
  • follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
