Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong knife skills and recipe execution
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
  • Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
  • Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
  • Maintain exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
  • Adapt to multiple cooking stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill
