- Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knife skills and recipe execution
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
- Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
- Maintain exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
- Adapt to multiple cooking stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill
