Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must follow food safety protocols
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Cooking experience in a fine dining restaurant preferred
  • Experience in high-volume establishments preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with receiving and storing supplies and ingredients properly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Support catering and special event food preparation as required
