Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Èlephante's recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times
- Ensure all food meets quality, freshness, and portion standards
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Communicate clearly and effectively with chefs, teammates, and management
- Support the team during service with professionalism and urgency
- Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed
