Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and portion control
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Job Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
- Passion for great food and quality presentation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork, speed, and organizational skills under pressure
- Prior experience working across multiple kitchen stations is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
- Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with prep, opening and closing, and smooth operations
- Work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order delivery
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
