- Minimum one year of cooking experience in a restaurant

- Adhere to applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Four or more years of line cook experience preferred
- Multitasking skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to recreate recipes according to Hash Kitchen standards
- Knowledgeable about food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
- Willingness to go above and beyond to create the ultimate guest experience
- Familiarity with the menu and the various products Hash Kitchen offers
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized Hash Kitchen recipes
- Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
- Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
- Safely utilize a variety of utensils and kitchen equipment, including knives, ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc
- Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established Hash Kitchen guidelines
- Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Adhere to Hash Kitchen safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
