Job Requirements

- Previous experience in food preparation or a related field preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

- Previous experience with fresh seasonal ingredients or butchery appreciated but not necessary
- Passion for foodservice and hospitality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Ability to prep while managing orders coming in throughout the day
- Interact with guests throughout the day showcasing our passion for foodservice and dedication towards hospitality
- Make adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
- Act as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
- Operate various kitchen appliances such as a blender, oven, flat top grill, or stand mixer
- Prepare necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
- Keep a clean tight station even under the busiest conditions
- Estimate expected food consumption and organize preparation, fill out prep list daily
- Add responsibility as needed
