Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two year degree or apprenticeship
- Up to date sanitation classes
- Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in english
- Ability to follow directions and maintain good working relationships with supervisors and managers
- Ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and properly
- Ability to utilize the computer system and read all orders
- Ability to prepare and present food timely
- Ability to handle and rotate food according to established procedures
- Ability to work closely with standard recipes and plate presentation
- Ability to work standing for up to ten hours
- Ability to ensure a clean, neat and organized workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to cook a variety of foods using modern and classical techniques
- Ability to work safely with cutlery
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide food as dictated by the menu, guests or management in a clean, safe and timely manner
- Keep a clean work area and maintain a positive attitude
- Help out wherever necessary to deliver a product that exceeds guest expectations
- Follow company recipes and plating standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly
- Prepare and present all foods for meal service on a timely basis
- Work standing for up to ten hours in a kitchen environment
