Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion control
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred)
  • Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
  • Passion for great food and quality presentation
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong teamwork, speed, and organizational skills under pressure

Job Duties

  • Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
  • Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
  • Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
  • Work across various kitchen stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen flow
  • Maintain speed and organization under pressure
