Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion control
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred)
Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
Passion for great food and quality presentation
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong teamwork, speed, and organizational skills under pressure

Job Duties

Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
Work across various kitchen stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen flow
Maintain speed and organization under pressure
