Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift moderately heavy items
- Willingness to adhere to all safety and hygiene policies
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar food preparation role is beneficial but not required
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepare food by cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various ingredients including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
- Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness standards
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistent quality
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies as required
- Collaborate with team members to meet guest satisfaction
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues
