Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or culinary role preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds routinely
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand bend reach and move about the work area for extended periods
  • Dependable team player with good work ethic
  • Willingness to follow all safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and maintain products for a la carte menus including daily specials
  • Maintain a clean workstation with properly labeled and rotated foods
  • Carefully follow recipes and instructions to complete assigned tasks
  • Follow proper instructions when using food production and serving equipment to ensure safety and sanitation
  • Consistently use safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Prepare and plate menu items according to standards as directed by the culinary management team
  • Assist with production and execution of all club related functions
  • Handle leftover food items as instructed by the culinary managers
  • Assist with the cleanup of food preparation and service wares including dishes pots pans silver and glassware
  • Ensure safe working conditions of all personnel throughout club operations
  • Perform all other duties assigned
