Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
  • Minimum one year of mechanical experience preferred
  • Direct line and ramp experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts in varying weather
  • Able to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varied environments
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic airport environment
  • Commitment to safety-first culture and quality service
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • Valid driver's license with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Basic English communication skills at B1 level or above
  • Courteous and respectful attitude with a reliable work ethic
  • Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
  • Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Ability to handle the physical and mental demands of an active role
  • Strong eye for quality with a natural focus on customer service
  • Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure
  • Enjoyment working outdoors and taking pride in quality workmanship

Job Duties

  • Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment
  • Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities
  • Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
  • Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
  • Handling ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
  • Providing porter services by delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
  • Operating ground support equipment such as GPU, water, and lavatory services with care and precision
