Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Valid driver's license
- Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
- Minimum one year of mechanical experience preferred
- Direct line and ramp experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts in varying weather
- Able to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varied environments
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic airport environment
- Commitment to safety-first culture and quality service
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment
- Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities
- Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
- Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
- Handling ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
- Providing porter services by delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
- Operating ground support equipment such as GPU, water, and lavatory services with care and precision
