Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- valid driver’s license
- basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
- courteous and respectful attitude
- reliable work ethic
- preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
- direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
- willingness to work flexible hours rain or shine
- ability to handle the demands of an active, on-the-move role
- strong eye for quality and customer service focus
- ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure
- enjoyment of working outdoors
- must obtain an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment

Job Duties
- Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment
- delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities
- maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
- supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
- handling ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
- providing porter services including delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
- assisting with aircraft movements including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
- operating ground support equipment such as GPU, water, lavatory services with care and precision
- keeping things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties
- reporting any hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe
