Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • valid driver’s license
  • basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
  • courteous and respectful attitude
  • reliable work ethic
  • preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
  • direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
  • willingness to work flexible hours rain or shine
  • ability to handle the demands of an active, on-the-move role
  • strong eye for quality and customer service focus
  • ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure
  • enjoyment of working outdoors
  • must obtain an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment
  • delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities
  • maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
  • supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
  • handling ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
  • providing porter services including delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
  • assisting with aircraft movements including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
  • operating ground support equipment such as GPU, water, lavatory services with care and precision
  • keeping things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties
  • reporting any hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe
