Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years related experience or equivalent education
  • excellent communication skills
  • results-oriented and accountable
  • ability to work independently
  • capability to perform supervisory duties
  • knowledge of refueling procedures
  • proficiency in towing techniques
  • strong English reading and writing skills
  • flexible schedule adaptability
  • completion of NATA Line Service training
  • obtain Motor Vehicle Operating Permit within 30 to 60 days
  • obtain Airport ID Badge within 30 days

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years related experience as a line service technician or relevant training
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • results-oriented with strong personal accountability
  • ability to work independently
  • capability to perform supervisory duties in absence of supervisor
  • knowledge of refueling procedures for general and corporate aviation
  • proficiency in aircraft towing procedures
  • strong English communication skills
  • flexibility to work varied schedules
  • ability to complete NATA Line Service training program
  • capability to secure Motor Vehicle Operating Permit
  • ability to obtain Airport ID Badge within 30 days

Job Duties

  • Review timecards of shift team members
  • create schedules and monitor overtime usage
  • serve as primary point of contact for shift communications
  • implement management directives and coordinate training
  • oversee overall flight line operations including fueling, hangar stacking, towing, aircraft ramp parking
  • manage service equipment and facilities maintenance
  • ensure adherence to safety policies
  • guide aircraft using hand signals
  • maintain communication with employees and flight crews via radio
  • provide aircraft services such as de-icing, coffee, catering
