Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years related experience as a line service technician or relevant training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Results-oriented with strong personal accountability
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and self-direction
  • Capable of performing supervisory duties in absence of supervisor
  • Demonstrated knowledge of refueling procedures for general and corporate aircraft
  • Proficient in towing procedures and techniques
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and weather conditions
  • Ability to complete and obtain NATA Line Service training certification
  • Capability to secure Motor Vehicle Operating Permit within 30 to 60 days
  • Requirement to obtain Airport ID Badge within 30 days
  • Maintains friendly and helpful demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work varied schedules and adapt to weather conditions
  • Ability to complete NATA Line Service training and obtain certification

  • Ability to obtain Airport ID Badge within 30 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Lead assigned shift and serve customer needs
  • Support training for line service team
  • Oversee flight line operations including fueling, hangar stacking, towing, ramp parking, and equipment management
  • Manage safety policy adherence and supervise in absence of senior manager
  • Use hand signals to guide aircraft during arrivals and departures
  • Maintain clear radio communication with employees and flight crews
  • Provide essential aircraft services such as de-icing, coffee, and catering
