Job Requirements
- preferred prior cleaning experience
Job Qualifications
- prior janitorial or cleaning experience
- good written and verbal communication skills
- professional conduct and appearance
- ability to walk and stand for long periods
- capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
- ability to climb stairs if necessary
- maintenance of cleaning supplies during shift
- ability to follow safety protocols
Job Duties
- remove pallets and clean any debris underneath
- clean and disinfect designated areas according to assigned schedules
- maintain clear and consistent communication with supervisor regarding facility maintenance issues
- effectively use cleaning equipment and maintain cleaning supplies on assigned cart
- dust boxes and beams as directed
- sweep warehouse aisles and remove debris such as empty boxes or plastic from walkways
- ensure designated areas are dust-free, clean, and restocked if necessary
- follow all safety guidelines and procedures
