Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year related work experience
  • Ability to work part-time hours
  • Must follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a professional appearance and communication
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
  • No supervisory experience required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar area
  • Follow all safety and alcohol service policies and procedures
  • Handle cash and transactions accurately
  • Stay informed about market trends and new beverage offerings
  • Collaborate with team members and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service
