Job Duties
- Build on academic experience with real-world exposure across food & beverage and recreation departments
- Begin in an assistant manager role with tailored development tracks
- Engage with senior leadership and company culture
- Participate in leadership and supervisory skills training and coursework
- Gain cross-functional exposure to business development, revenue management, sales & marketing, rooms division leadership, and human resources
- Manage tasks in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Adapt to variable schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late-night shifts
