Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality management
  • Recent college graduate or graduating senior
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Build on academic experience with real-world exposure across food & beverage and recreation departments
  • Begin in an assistant manager role with tailored development tracks
  • Engage with senior leadership and company culture
  • Participate in leadership and supervisory skills training and coursework
  • Gain cross-functional exposure to business development, revenue management, sales & marketing, rooms division leadership, and human resources
  • Manage tasks in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Adapt to variable schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late-night shifts
