Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience or related experience preferred
- ability to perform cash register functions
- ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides
- ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
- ability to stand and walk frequently
- ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 55 pounds
- ability to operate cash register and scanner
- ability to follow company safety policies
- effective communication skills
- ability to drive own vehicle to bank and training as needed

Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service to exceed the customer’s expectations
- model product knowledge and selling techniques to enhance the customer experience
- maintain a safe, clean and well-organized store environment that delights customers and employees
- assist in merchandising the store in an appealing manner to retain customer excitement
- rotate product to create eye-catching displays to drive sales
- complete daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities to provide a superior shopping experience
- ensure store condense and reset standards are maintained daily
- follow company policies and procedures as outlined in manuals and communications
- operate cash register and scanner to process purchases, collect payments, and assist customers
- assist customers in self-checkout at multiple terminals
- clean the store including trash removal, dusting, mopping, restrooms, stockroom, and sidewalk displays
- open and close the store under direction in absence of Store Team Leader
- perform additional duties as needed in leadership absence
