Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training preferred
- ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, stoop, and kneel
- ability to frequently handle merchandise and equipment
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 55 pounds occasionally
- ability to occasionally climb using a ladder
- ability to drive own vehicle to bank and attend training meetings
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise
- ability to tolerate exposure to strong scents, weather conditions, wet floors, and cleaning solutions

Job Duties
- provides superior customer service to exceed customer expectations
- model product knowledge and selling techniques to enhance the customer experience
- maintain a safe, clean and well-organized store environment
- assist in merchandising the store in an appealing manner
- rotate product to create eye-catching displays
- complete daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities
- ensure store condense and reset standards are maintained
- follow company policies and procedures
- operate cash register and scanner to process purchases
- assist customers with self-checkout
- clean the store including trash removal and floor care
- open and close the store as directed
- perform additional duties in absence of store leadership
