Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training preferred
- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Understanding of safety policies and practices
- Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Ability to perform cash register functions
- Knowledge of cash, facility, and safety control policies and practices
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control
- Ability to walk and stand frequently
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
- Ability to handle merchandise and equipment such as hand-held scanners, pricing guns, box cutters, merchandise containers, two-wheel dollies, and six-wheel carts
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 55 pounds occasionally
- Ability to climb ladders occasionally
- Ability to drive own vehicle to bank and training meetings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise
- Ability to tolerate exposure to strong scents, weather conditions, wet floors, and cleaning solutions

Job Duties
- Provides superior customer service to exceed customer expectations
- Model product knowledge and selling techniques to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized store environment
- Assist in merchandising the store appealingly and retain customer excitement
- Rotate product to create eye-catching displays per company guidelines
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities
- Ensure clutter-free store standards consistently
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Operate cash register and scanner for customer purchases
- Assist customers with merchandise and self-checkout processes
- Clean the store including trash removal, dusting, mopping, restroom and stockroom upkeep
- Open and close the store under direction
- Perform additional duties as needed in absence of Store Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader
