Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Prior experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building
- Familiarity with inventory and cost control methods
- Valid food handling certification

- Proven experience in a high-volume upscale dining kitchen
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Lead and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development and kitchen inventory management
- Foster a positive and professional kitchen environment that promotes teamwork and staff development
- Train new kitchen employees and monitor their performance
- Assist in creating schedules and managing labor costs
