Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- One to two years related experience and/or training required
- Ability to greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to respond calmly and appropriately to emergency situations
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of one to two years related experience and/or training
- Ability to communicate effectively in a friendly and courteous manner
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of office and clerical procedures
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
- Capability to respond appropriately in emergency situations
Job Duties
- Lead the reception area and serve the needs of residents, visitors, and staff
- Greet all visitors entering the community, answer questions, and ensure visitors sign guest sheets
- Answer and direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff
- Sort, deliver, and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail
- Perform basic office and clerical functions, and maintain visitor logs
- Respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol
