Job Requirements
- Previous experience, non-fast food restaurant and/or training in a culinary school required
- have ServSafe Certification or be willing to obtain certification within 90 days of employment
- must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- able to keep up with a fast paced environment
- able to work late nights, weekends and holidays
- must be 18 years old
- able to perform with minimum supervision
- protective clothing required: slip resistant shoes
- U.S. work authorization (required)

Job Duties
- Report to work on time according to posted schedule in specified uniform
- open and close the kitchen properly following opening and closing checklists
- assist others in closing the kitchen and ensure all duties are completed
- measure and mix ingredients accurately
- review recipe modifications with Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager
- test food properly using ServSafe procedures
- perform food preparation and cooking skills including measuring, washing, peeling, cutting, grilling, baking, roasting, broiling, steaming, carving, and portioning
- monitor food quantities, quality, and display during preparation
- stock workstation appropriately for each shift
- develop and maintain knowledge of the menu and ingredients
- date and rotate food containers, maintain proper temperatures
- clean workspace after each shift
- respect coworkers and managers
- maintain positive attitude and contribute to a fun work environment
- promote a positive perception of the company
- perform other duties as assigned
