Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a line cook or lead line cook
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to handle administrative tasks including payroll, time management, and training
- Ability to be a clear thinker, multi-task, remain calm, and resolve problems using good judgement
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team by leading, motivating, engaging, and empowering team members
- Ability to communicate with guests and other staff members
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and supervise kitchen staff
- Assist with inventory, ordering, supplier relationships, and supply management
- Ensure food quality meets high standards and the kitchen remains clean, hygienic, and safe
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) when the Food and Beverage Manager is absent
- Supervise culinary team to maintain clean and compliant food prep stations
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, arranging repairs and servicing as needed
- Perform other functions as requested by management
