- Experience in a guest facing role in a restaurant preferred but not necessary
- fully understanding of Sevenrooms functions
- ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- ability to use the elevator multiple times throughout the shift
- ability to lift 30-35 lbs
- English fluency with additional languages preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
- create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests whether in person or over the phone
- welcome the guests in the lobby, partner with Maître D and managers located on the 60th floor to coordinate the efficiency and the organization of the guest flow during service
- properly answer guest inquiries with regards to restaurant hours of operation and basic operational information, menus, and reservations
- act as a liaison between the guest, management, service staff and kitchen and communicate accordingly
- assists with Coat Check duties as needed
- escort guests from the lobby to the 60th floor, engaging in friendly conversations during the elevator ride and using the time efficiently to uncover details that enhance the guest experience during dinner
- work with efficiency and a sense of urgency while remaining composed
- demonstrate a passion for guest experience and an eagerness to learn and grow
- perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success
