- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food
- Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service
- Ordering food and paper products as needed
- Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Training new staff members as needed
