- Proven experience in event planning and management
- Strong budgeting and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with experiential marketing techniques

Job Duties
- Design and plan in-person and virtual events

- Source and secure entertainment and talent
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee successful event execution and post-event evaluation
