Job Requirements

- minimum 3 years experience as a lead cook or equivalent in a high-volume kitchen
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- proficiency in food preparation and presentation
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to manage kitchen inventory
- flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
