- Minimum 1-2 years of F and B supervisory or lead experience
- Experience in hotel environment
- Minimum 2-3 years of banquet and culinary experience

Job Duties
- Provide food and beverage services that meet guest requirements and maximize revenue
- Assist in operating the department within budgeted revenue and cost guidelines
- Implement menu concepts to increase guest capture ratio and revenues
- Ensure compliance with health department regulations daily
- Maintain cost control on every item sold to meet budget expectations
- Stock, organize, and price items in the café and marketplace
- Lead workshops and training sessions on culinary techniques and trends
- Introduce new cooking methods and presentation styles
- Mentor kitchen staff to maintain culinary standards
- Create, standardize, and document recipes for consistency
- Test and adapt recipes based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions
- Ensure portion sizes align with cost control while maintaining quality
- Oversee visual appeal and plating of dishes according to hotel standards
- Guide culinary team on garnishing and food styling
- Collaborate on custom menus for special events and marketing promotions
- Coordinate with front-of-house for food and beverage pairing presentations
- Stay updated on food trends and incorporate innovative techniques
- Experiment with new flavor combinations and presentation styles
- Monitor trends in sustainable dining and plant-based menus
