Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience as a concierge or related position
- Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM
- Compassion for and commitment to hospitality and elderly care
- Ability to lead and train a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background check and eligibility to work in the United States
- Adherence to The Waters values of Teamwork, Humility, Responsibility, Innovation
Job Qualifications
- Advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
- Minimum of two years experience as a concierge or related position required
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate and committed to hospitality, service, and excellence in elderly care
- Ability to create a fun, engaging and caring environment for residents
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage resident's family and friends
Job Duties
- Oversee the operation of the Concierge team
- Serve as the face of the community and manage the hub for resident and guest activity planning
- Model, lead, train and monitor the performance of the Concierge team
- Work with the Business Operations Manager to track Concierge team performance and customer service metrics
- Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for residents
- Engage residents' family and friends and take time to visit with them
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service
