Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience as a concierge or related position
  • Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM
  • Compassion for and commitment to hospitality and elderly care
  • Ability to lead and train a team effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Background check and eligibility to work in the United States
  • Adherence to The Waters values of Teamwork, Humility, Responsibility, Innovation

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
  • Minimum of two years experience as a concierge or related position required
  • Leadership experience preferred but not required
  • Compassionate and committed to hospitality, service, and excellence in elderly care
  • Ability to create a fun, engaging and caring environment for residents
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage resident's family and friends

Job Duties

  • Oversee the operation of the Concierge team
  • Serve as the face of the community and manage the hub for resident and guest activity planning
  • Model, lead, train and monitor the performance of the Concierge team
  • Work with the Business Operations Manager to track Concierge team performance and customer service metrics
  • Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for residents
  • Engage residents' family and friends and take time to visit with them
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service
