Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in concierge or hospitality role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to anticipate and meet resident needs
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Flexibility to work weekdays weekends and overnight shifts
  • Familiarity with property management software is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be team-oriented and collaborative

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in service and hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge about local area including restaurants transportation and events
  • Engaging and attentive personality
  • Commitment to service excellence
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus
  • Experience with Building Link or CINC software preferred
  • Proven reliability to a set work schedule

Job Duties

  • Maintain complete knowledge of rules regulations and policies
  • Welcome and greet all residents and guests professionally
  • Become knowledgeable with building service providers
  • Ensure front lobby is well maintained
  • Receive and coordinate calls from residents for personal services
  • Ensure front desk is always covered
  • Accept deliveries mail and dry cleaning maintaining logs
  • Forward maintenance or service calls appropriately
  • Maintain strict adherence to key control policy
  • Maintain up to date resident contact list including emergency assistance needs
  • Schedule and oversee front desk concierge staff
  • Assist staff with shift substitutions
  • Ensure contractors and vendors sign in before entering
  • Enforce building rules and regulations
  • Monitor security and life safety systems reporting issues
  • Maintain emergency procedures manual and postings
  • Respond to building emergencies according to procedures
  • Coordinate all resident moves
  • Welcome new residents and assist with service coordination
  • Perform visual inspection of garage and control visitor flow
  • Maintain emergency and vendor contact binder
  • Provide information about local activities and events
  • Introduce new services with General Manager approval
  • Document resident requests complaints and notify personnel
  • Complete incident reports
  • Perform special projects as required
  • Maintain current vendor listings
  • Ensure professional personal appearance at all times
