Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in supervisory role in a restaurant or banquet setting
- food service background at the server level
- knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- willingness to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
- check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- prepare and serve drink and/or food orders
- take orders, serve and clear food and beverage to guests in bar and lounge areas if applicable
- issue guest check and complete payment process
- follow standards for identifying and managing intoxicated guests
- complete beverage requisitions to maintain par levels
- complete required side work prior to shift end
- be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing them
- interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates
- monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in food and beverage outlets
- ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food
- perform service functions during high volume or staffing shortages
- assist with maintaining proper par levels and inventories of supplies
- ensure adherence to state, federal and corporate alcohol serving requirements
- ensure all equipment is in working order and report malfunctions
- follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView
- practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment
- perform other duties as assigned by management
