Job Requirements
- ATC employee server permit
- At least 2 years of experience in high-volume craft cocktail bartending
- Experience in leadership or staff training roles preferred
- Proficient knowledge of cocktail recipes and batching techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills

Job Duties
- Oversee bar team and maintain cocktail quality and consistency
- Execute Miracle's signature holiday cocktails and train staff on recipes
- Assist with batching, prep, inventory, and ordering
- Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction
- Support Bar Manager in daily operations
