Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior laundry or related experience preferred
- ability to operate industrial laundry machines
- physical ability to lift and move heavy items
- dependable and punctual
- willingness to comply with background check and drug screening
- availability to work second shift from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM
- commit to 5 days per week with every other weekend schedule
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a laundry or similar role preferred
- ability to operate commercial laundry equipment safely
- strong attention to detail
- effective communication skills
- ability to work well within a team
- physical stamina to handle lifting and bending tasks
Job Duties
- Clean and supply designated areas throughout the building
- stock supply rooms with necessary materials
- participate in team meetings
- collaborate together on team projects
- weigh linen to be washed through the use of industrial scales
- load linen into commercial washers
- safely transfer linen to commercial dryers
- keep records of lint trap cleaning and report any deficiencies
- sort through and organize personal clothing items
- deliver linen throughout the facility
- other team duties as assigned
