Job Requirements
- Must have full time open availability for AM and/or PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Strong command of the English language including speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy weight (minimum of 40 lbs)
- Ability to stand for long periods and move moderate distances
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to take direction from supervisors or managers
- Prior laundry experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to show up to work on time consistently
- Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to follow safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Prior laundry experience required
- Customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
- Strong command of the English language including speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to take direction from a supervisor or manager
- Ability to show up to work on time consistently

Job Duties
- Process hotel and guest laundry including pressing, sorting and folding
- Operate commercial pressing and folding equipment
- Program and log laundry operations
- Maintain a clean, comfortable and inviting laundry environment
- Provide welcoming and exceptional service to guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient laundry service
- Follow safety procedures when handling machines and laundry chemicals
